Shipping Policy
Delivery Options
We offer a range of delivery options for your products, and the price is dependent on the delivery area. The cost is calculated during checkout before you complete your purchase.
– Domestic Shipping: We ship to all PO boxes, businesses, and street addresses UK-wide using UK Post and/or Aramex, depending on who delivers to your region.
– International Shipping: We use UK Post for international parcels.
If you need something urgently, overnight or express shipping can be arranged through UK Post. Please call us to arrange this before placing your order.
Delivery Times
– Standard Post: 5-10 days (WA: 7-15 days)
– Express Post: 1-3 days (WA: 5-7 days)
International customers will receive a shipping or tracking number for ‘AIRMAIL’ shipments.
Shipping Address
Please ensure the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect address details. The customer is liable for any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect address details.
Additional Services
If you require additional services such as insurance or a signature on delivery, please advise us in the ‘comments’ field of your order. Costs for these additional services will be invoiced to you with your order.
Tracking Numbers
All orders will be sent with a tracking number and can be traced at no extra cost. These tracking numbers will be issued via email by our customer service team and can be viewed on the relevant shipping provider’s website.
Responsibility
Once the goods have been accepted for delivery by UK Post or Aramex, hairsvibe.com is no longer responsible for or has control over your order. If there are issues with your delivery, please contact the relevant shipping provider directly. By purchasing from us, you accept this cessation of responsibility.
Split Delivery
We do not offer split delivery. If you have an item noted as a pre-order in your order, we will hold all items until the pre-order has arrived and ship them together.
Events Beyond Our Control
We will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
– Strikes or other industrial action.
– Civil commotion, terrorism or threat of, war or threat or preparation for.
– Fire, explosion, adverse weather conditions, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
– Disruption to supplies or delivery methods.
– Acts of government or regulatory bodies.
– Disruption to public or private telecommunications networks.
Customs and Border Control
Occasionally, parcels going overseas may be delayed at customs control when entering your country. This is beyond our control, and we cannot be responsible for the late arrival of parcels detained in this way.
Pickups
– Collection Time: Pickups must be collected within ten (10) working days from the day the order is placed.
– Availability: Pickups are not available on weekends and must be done by appointment only at our warehouse: 3 Energy Crescent, Molendinar.
– Notification: You will be notified when your order is ready for collection via email. If you need to inquire about time frames, please email us at info@hairsvibe.com.
